    Once you have chosen your preferred property, please complete the student registration form.

  • Step 3: Submit Your Tenant Application

    On your chosen property’s page, complete the Tenancy Application Form. Provide accurate details including your name, home address (not university address), contact number, and email address. It’s crucial to ensure all email addresses are correct, as this is our primary mode of communication with you.

  • Step 4: Arrange a Meeting with the Landlord

    Zoom Meeting Setup
    Arrange a Zoom call for all members of your group with the landlord on our Meet The Landlord page.

    All applicants must be present: All tenants applying for the property must be present for the Zoom call. Therefore, please coordinate among yourselves to find a suitable date and time when everyone is available.

    The landlord is available for video calls daily from 9am to 9pm.

    Please prepare a list of questions in advance to make the most of your meeting.

  • Step 5: Confirm Your Tenancy

    Post-Call Confirmation
    If you decide to proceed after the video call, email us your confirmation.

    Document Preparation
    Using details from your Tenant Application, our team will prepare the tenancy agreement and send it to all tenants via DocuSign for electronic signatures.

    Signing Deadline
    You have 24 hours from receipt to sign the agreement. Please read through carefully and follow the signing instructions provided.

    Once all tenants and the landlord have signed, the tenancy is finalized. A copy of the signed agreement will be emailed to you. If any tenant does not receive the agreement, check your junk/spam folders before contacting us.

  • Step 6: Guarantor Documentation

    Guarantor Form
    Fill out the Guarantor Application Form.

    Submission Deadline
    Complete and return this form within 48 hours of receipt.

    Guarantee Signing
    Guarantors will receive a guarantee form to sign via DocuSign. They must read the form carefully and sign it, uploading a proof of address which can be a photo or a scanned copy of a driving licence, council tax bill, bank statement, utility bill (last 3 months), or previous tenancy agreement.

  • Step 7: Deposit Payment

    Deposit Amount
    Each tenant must pay a deposit of £450.00 per person within 7 days of applying.

    Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card by calling 01904 413 457 (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm).

    Deposit Protection
    Upon receipt, your deposit will be sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) for the duration of your tenancy.

  • Step 8: Secure Your Property

    Final Steps
    Your property is secured once all tenants have signed the tenancy and guarantor forms and paid the deposit.

    Until these steps are complete, the property remains available for lease.

  • Step 9: Pre-Move Communication

    One Month Notice
    One month before your move-in date, as stated in your tenancy agreement, we will contact you.

    Welcome Letter
    This letter will include key collection instructions and payment details for the first instalment of rent.
